I'm my nation's administrator and looking at streamlining the account set-up process for internal members... would rather not have to tell each user to update their email notifications or else you'll be flooded with emails. Just trying to take out an extra step for the team members.
How do I change the notifications setting defaults?

It's not currently possible to modify your nation's default personal notification settings.
