How do I edit button graphics in the Victory theme?

I've installed the Victory theme and want to edit the button graphic that is used for the Join Us, Volunteer, and Contribute boxes just below the main image.  Where do I find the artwork for these buttons so that I can edit them?  I want to replace the ribbon with a half maple leaf.
