The way action text displays with featured content sliders depends on which theme you are using. Your site is using the Busy Biz theme, which display the action text to the right of the associated image. 

Action text is not automatically displayed using featured content sliders with the Victory theme. You can make the slider automatically link to another area of your website, but in order to display action text, you will either need to add it to your image using photo-editing software or create a custom theme based on the Victory theme that includes this feature. If you switch to any of these stock themes -- Air, Basic, Bliss, Focus, Impression, Paper, Resolve, or Revolution -- the action text will display at the bottom of the slider image.
