Official response from NationBuilder Support
If you are using Authorize.net as your payment processor with NationBuilder, you can take advantage of Authorize.net's free Sync for QuickBooks. Payments processed through your NationBuilder pages can be synced to QuickBooks from within your Authorize.net account. This integration presently works only in the U.S.

Those are some really good questions! I talked to our product team and it appears that #1 definitely doesn’t happen, and that we’re pretty sure #2 won’t happen either since we don’t have an integration with Authorize.net’s e-check system. It seems like only “Payments processed through your NationBuilder pages can be synced to QuickBooks from within your Authorize.net account.” and since checks and cash aren’t actually processed by our system, they won’t be synced with quickbooks.

1. If a donation (say, a physical check or cash—something that didn’t come in through Authorize.net) is entered into a donor’s NationBuilder profile, will that donation also be synced with QuickBooks?
2. Alternatively, if we processed a physical check (mailed in by a donor) through NationBuilder’s dashboard as an Authorize.net e-check, will that be synced with QuickBooks?
