Issue: Hi there,

I was on a Nation Builder trial and I just recently got billed as the trial period expired.

I responded to the receipt email immediately to ask to have the charge refunded and my account cancelled. However I have not heard back.

I’m hoping you can help me with this refund – as we would not like to proceed with nation builder and I did not realise the trial had expired. We have not had any activity account since the first few days of the trial
