How do I edit the text on a Submit Button

I am editing an Endorsement page. The client wants it to be a Friends page rather than using the term endorsement. I can't figure out where to edit the Add Endorsement text on the submit button.

Using Inspect Element I have found <input class="button submit-button" type="submit" name="commit" value="Add endorsement"> but I can't where to edit the text.

You're looking for the line of code in the screenshot below, which you can find in either the site or page-level template files.

Edit the text between the quotation marks, which is currently showing as "Add endorsement".
