paid for by... disclaimer

I need to add a paid for by disclaimer to the footer of our page to comply with FEC requirements.  I love the Victory template by Techtonica but there is no footer visible - how can I add that necessary legal disclaimer?  Thank you

The site's footer text has been added to the Victory theme. You can edit the footer text by going to the Websites > Settings > Footer.

    Hey Bruce — No, there isn’t a newer version of the video. I’ve removed it from the official response to avoid future confusion, as this one was removed because it showed an outdated design for our Control Panel and was no longer relevant.
