Dana is an experienced account manager with a passion for solving problems. Dana is currently a tech leader on the Customer Success team and is focused on creating scalable solutions and workflows for NationBuilder's largest customers.
As the Director of Enterprise Customer Solutions, Dana is responsible for equipping the Enterprise Account Management team with the technical skills and solutions that drive Enterprise customers to succeed. Prior to this role, Dana was a Senior Enterprise Account Manager working with some of NationBuilder's largest customers. She originally joined the NationBuilder team in 2018 as a Sales Engineer.
Dana is located in Detroit, MI and just over 10 of experience in account management and project management. Before relocating to Michigan, Dana lived in Washington, DC and worked for organizations like The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in nonprofit membership management and fundraising. She's originally from northeast Massachusetts and went to school at Babson College (Wellesley, MA) where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
When Dana is finished with calls each day, she can be found in the kitchen making dinner for friends and family, playing with her daughter, Mary, or sitting on the couch with a set of knitting needles and some yarn.
