By I have outlook 2013 and I would like to know if anyone has a bcc using outlook 2013. The instructions that are on the support are for older versions if I am not mistaken. Please help

Dorian -- I'm assuming you're referring to configuring automatic BCC rules in order to use Mailboxes.
Setting up those rules within Outlook 2013 is fundamentally similar to Outlook 2012, though the UI has changed subtly. Microsoft has provided a thorough "how-to" for managing email messages using rules in Outlook 2013 on their website.
