Marking large list of emails as bad emails

I have a list of about 3000 emails in a CSV file that we know are bad emails.

These emails are listed in various NB profiles, and many times they are one of two emails for that person.

Is there a way to import this list as "bad emails" so that it crosses them off within the profiles?

Yes - you can import them as email_opt_in > N.
