Sometimes it’s the little things that are the most exciting. We’ve added four new filter criteria that will help you understand how your people are engaging with your email campaigns. The criteria are:

  • Opened an email blast from a broadcaster
  • Clicked an email blast from a broadcaster
  • Opened specific email blasts
  • Clicked specific email blasts

The criteria look like this in the control panel:

Combined with NationBuilder’s other amazing filtering capabilties (like social media activity, donation amount and frequency, and IRL interactions) you can now get to know your people even better.

For example, if I want to see everyone who opened an email blast from my broadcaster in the last 30 days it would look like this:

Or if I want to see folks who clicked a blast from me it would look like this:

You can also search for people who interacted with specific blasts (either clicking or opening) like this:

These criteria have all the standard goodness of being able to search inclusively (is any) or exclusively (is none), as well as being able to use both specific and relative time ranges.
