Hi Nicole, this specific form is the work of one of our NationBuilder Architects, Brand Response. You can work with them to use their theme or for them to design a custom one. You can also choose to use one of our free, public themes that will have a default design for forms: http://nationbuilder.com/public_themes

Hi Sophia, are you talking about a Facebook photo embed? It should work if you remove the “s” from the https:// embed link: http://nationbuilder.com/facebook_embedly_posts_are_not_showing_as_expected
For Twitter, if you get the html code for the tweet you would like to embed (see: https://support.twitter.com/articles/20169559) you can use the HTML editor on the page content to insert the tweet (http://nationbuilder.com/how_pages_work#edit)
