If you've imported a CSV and mapped all the fields but you're not able to continue, the CSV probably didn't have the right name. Your sandbox is looking for a very specific file name. Make sure the subscriber list is imported as sally_supporters.csv and the donation list is imported as sally_donors.csv. Your computer may change the name of the file when you download it.
