Survey - Calling Lists

I need to have staff/volunteers call through (targeted and individualized) lists and enter answers to a survey of people within our Nation.
Different respondent categories will then need to be followed up for further targeted calling (persuasion, volunteer recruitment etc.).

How can this be most effectively done.

Hey James, there’s a few different ways to approach this. You can create various lists and the assign the lists to the volunteers. From the call mode, they’ll be able to add/remove tags which will correspond to the survey answers, set a follow up and then log the contact. 

Additionally, you can batch update the volunteers to be the point people of the people they’re calling, batch update each list to have a followup status for the day the person will be making the calls and have the volunteer work out of Dashboard, Followups, Assigned to You. 

This view is not as structure as using list mode but allows the volunteers to work out of a person’s profile which provides both more information about that person and the ability to take perform multiple actions in their profile.
