It would be much easier just to add a survey to call view; is that possible?

Daniel’s suggestion below (starting with “I am using”) is exactly what I need! I get that you can change the contact-type; that doesn’t help us know the result of the last call without opening a new tab, and spending more time fiddling with an interface/less time making calls. Seems like a VERY easy way to make our call-time more effective.
