After updating my Processor settings under Settings>Processor, my credentials disappeared, so I re-entered them, however now my donors are not able to donate through my website. Instead, they see the following error message:
I’ve seen customers with the PayPal Payment processor have to generate new credentials after they update their Payment Processor settings. Placing the old credentials in the processor settings will save. but donors will see the attached error message. Customers will need to generate new PayPal credentials and resave those credentials in the Payment processor settings.
While placing the old credentials in the processor settings will appear to sucessfully save. Dono will see the above error message when trying to process a payment.
