unfortunately this is not a useful solution for Verve, which breaks if i make a copy of it in order to customize anything.

there is an email signup field on the landing/homepage for this template, but I can find no way to assign tags to people who submit their email through that field. further, if they’re not new users, you can’t even filter by page origin to find them. so i have no way of tracking people who sign up on my main landing page, which is not very good.
