Hello - I am really looking for a system that involved a CRM system. What is *really* important to me is that certain users do not have access to the information of other users... and there can be a "parent" user that can see all the information. Is this possible? Thanks!

The short answer is "yes": it's possible to have some users have access to only some of the information in your database, while others can see everything.
