Yes I got mine to work — but the idea you would create a page who’s sole function is to redirect a link for something as simple as the link on a slider is surely the most bizarre chewing gum duct tape sort of solution I’ve ever heard of. BTW ran into several promising “help” links that are dead your support docs. This whole redirect thing blows my mind — I just wrote a custom nav on my template, when it appears I should have done this through redirects. And don’t get me started on the “cache” issue when you use partial templates and the content doesn’t seem to update unless you go hit that cache button or cut and re-paste the code — at any rate by the end of this i may get the hang of it — but ya got a lot of band-aids applied to things…
