There is something missing in the instructions. How do I get to the “file” this way:
Websites > Theme This takes me to a page of themes, and if I select my theme – (which one was that again?) I don’t want to have to restore it.

I was searching for the color so I could copy it into a photoshop graphic and changed the theme, I want to change it back. Please list the color palette. Don’t be coy. It only took me 2 hours before I was screaming at NB.
