Notifications for failed donation attempts

Occasionally while scrolling through our Donations Activity page I see listings for people who had problems donating. It'd be great if NB could send me an email any time this happens. It strikes me that these are people I'd want to be notified about and reach out directly to ASAP to see how I can help them succeed in donating. Just recently I noticed that someone tried to donate $250 to us. If I could have reached out to him right away, we probably could have figured out a way to capture this donation.

    Even a filter to find failed donations would be helpful. The ability to export would be important as well.

    “I would like to receive notifications for failed donations.

    It is vital for non-profits, advocacy groups and political campaigns to be notified whenever a notification fails.

    I can now sort these transactions via Dashboard>activity, however, this is tedious and because I can not efficiently add these people to a list OR track them via a filter or tag, it is difficult to connect with these users who wished to donate.

    Please add this feature!"

    Agreed with all the others, this should be a critical issue for Nation Builder to address. This is a deal breaker for most charities.

    Echoing what others have said, notifications should be available for every single donation result so we can quickly and appropriately respond to them— and also have an easy way to search for them. These are people who are trying to support our mission, and it’s unbelievable that there is currently no way of getting a simple notification or report of these people so we can help them convert to donors.
