Match not matching

Hi, I've uploaded some of my data, and connected a twitter account. The matching system is happily finding duplicates between the uploaded data and the data that has come from Twitter. E.g Bob Smith is being matched with @bob_smith_1977 etc etc. BUT - what isn't happening is the matching that pulls in social media data from all the other networks based on the contact's details stored in NB. Does this only happen once a week / month? Or should it happen more quickly than that? Is there a way of forcing it to sync this data?

Hey Alex, we don't automatically resolve duplicates, but we do surface specific profiles as suggested matches if two have similar names but one is lacking an ID the other has (e.g. two profiles for John Smith where one has an email address and one has a Twitter handle).

NationBuilder Match, on the other hand, is what we call the process of matching an email address in your database to Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and runs every 12 hours or so (depending on the size of your database).
