Splash Page Trigger?

What is the trigger for a page that you've designated as "Splash" to appear?

The first time someone goes to your site the splash page will appear, it will not appear the following times they visit your site.

Is is possible to set a splash to show everytime? I put a lot of work into our splash, and need it to show up for both new and returning visitors.

You can manually trigger splash page mode by adding ?splash=1 to any Nationbuilder URL. If you want your designated splash page, you’ll need that particular URL plus ?splash=1
