From auditioning actors to be in The Nerd, one of the first plays I directed, to interviewing people to be potential New Leaders Council Fellows – I always enjoy seeing people shine as they talk about their passions knowing I can help them reach their full potential. As I grew up it became very important to me to live in a way that most benefitted, the environment, my health, and my conscious. That lead me to study in Chile during the peak of the student revolution movement and volunteering at a psychiatric hospital there showed me how much infrastructure is needed to help people across the globe have the opportunity and freedom to follow their passions. The power of social movements organizing digitally blew me away. Soon after, I found out about an incredible company called NationBuilder that was doing exactly that. I had to be a part of it. At NationBuilder I help make sure that our customers get all the support they need to do what they were meant to do.
