Need info on slider script version, location, etc.

Hi...

I need to make some changes to how the slider works (specifically I need to add prev/next buttons and responsive dimensions). But I can't find anything about where the script is located, or what version of SlidesJS it is.

Our Aware theme uses the Flex Slider. Our older themes use a version of SlideJS. Both of those sites have documentation explaining how to customize them in greater detail.

I will echo Ben and say that I’ve been trying to change the Flex Slider from ‘slide’ to ‘fade’ and have had no luck. If anyone has had success with that I would love to see how it was done. There’s really no script I can modify? I have to overwrite? This is seeming beyond my capabilities, which is too bad for something as basic as fade vs slide.

(My own humble attempts to change the Flex Slider from ‘slide’ to ‘fade’ mode just lead to both scripts trying to do conflicting things, rather than one overwriting the other…)

Glen — Our script is not directly editable. You might try writing your own script to call the slider and placing it at the very bottom of your _layout.html template. As yours is further down the page, it will overwrite ours.

Hi…my question was specifically about how the script is integrated in Nationbuilder. I can’t find where the script is located, so I can’t edit it in the first place.
