NationBuilder staff will be in a company-wide summit from Wednesday, June 15th through Saturday, June 18th. We will regularly be checking and responding to tech support emails during this time, but phone support will not be available.
Between June 15 and June 18, please email us with your tech support questions at firstname.lastname@example.org, or submit a request via nationbuilder.com/support and we will respond to you as quickly as possible via email. You may notice a similar message pop up today in your control panel, as we wanted to make sure all our customers were informed of this adjustment in our tech support later this week.
Community-building is a huge part of how we connect and grow as a staff at NationBuilder. One of our historical traditions is to gather everyone together for bi-annual summits. This is an opportunity to bring our field staff to LA, get re-connected to the mission and vision of NationBuilder, strategize about how to advance our priority of providing world-class service to our customers, and build community with one another. Our two annual summits are the only times we have the entire staff fly out to our Los Angeles headquarters from three countries across two continents!
In order for our staff to be fully present at this summit, we'll be providing tech support exclusively via email. We'll continue to be as responsive as we typically are, so please don't hesitate to email us at email@example.com with any questions or for technical support.
