Thanks Taylor, I meant to delete that comment as I saw the button after posted! It would certainly be more useful on the final ‘review and send’ page, but glad the functionality is still there :)

Hi Taylor, thanks for your response. I exported a list as instructed above, and can see the user_submitted address columns at the end of the spread sheet but many of them are blank and this information is not elsewhere either (i.e. in primary address fields)
