I've got a nation with thousands of follow ups that are backed up over a couple months.
A lot of these tend to be people asking to be unsubscribed. I was wondering if there was a way to search the body of the email that someone has replied with so I can create a list and batch unsubscribe these people?

It's currently not possible to search the contents / body of emails from within the Control Panel.
