We actually are using the default settings of the suggestion box page type to create this question and tag them as Helpful/Not Helpful. This isn’t possible to do on the FAQ page type with the default settings. The FAQ page is designed for someone from your organization to write questions and answers, whereas the suggestion box has more flexibility.
