commented on Paying monthly NationBuilder fee with PayPal
Hey Alex, no immediate plans to add other payment options for the monthly subscription fee. We’ll let you know should anything change there. Thanks!

commented on How to use a Recruiting page to increase engagement
Hey Chris – what about making a test Leaderboard (perhaps with RPCV-W staff) and figuring out how to share that with the group via email or on the site? That way the audience sees the end result of tracking recruiting (the ranking of the top recruiters/fundraisers) and it might help explain how the recruiting process works.

commented on How can I switch my Public Profile picture?
Hi all – I wanted to add that there’s a hierarchy to what image is chosen for your avatar: Twitter, Facebook and then LinkedIn. We use a service that pulls in these images so there can often be a delay before an update takes place that goes beyond a cache issue. Keep in mind you can always go to your profile>Edit>Social Media to remove your Twitter profile link if you’d like to revert back to your Facebook profile image. Thanks for the feedback and we’ll take it into consideration for product development!

commented on New: NationBuilder Mailboxes
Greg, no this is just an older post explaining the addition of this feature. The custom email server is an advanced option for larger customers who might want to manage their own IPs for blast email.

commented on Pre-fill the form
Harlan – if someone is already a member of your nation and remains logged in on your site, which happens by default, then anytime someone follows a link we will remember the user’s email, address and other contact details. In other words, we’ll only ask for the information on a form that isn’t already on user’s profile so it becomes easier to take actions (sign a petition, donate, etc). With that being said, you can’t just send a form link to a new user directly over email and have their email automatically populate.

commented on Is it possible to submit the NationBuilder sign-up form from a non-NationBuilder site?
Cody – while it’s possible to iframe in a signup page, it’s preferable to use our app integration with 123FormBuilder: http://nationbuilder.com/123formbuilder. That should be just what you’re looking for.

commented on Support for SSL certificates?
Hey Victoria – that’s correct. The only two pages that we support SSL certificates on are Log In pages and Donation forms and we manage those on the top level domain of nationbuilder.com.

commented on FAQ Page - User feedback buttons
Hi Pranav – We actually are using the default settings of the Suggestion Box page type to create this question and tag them as Helpful/Not Helpful. To my knowledge this isn’t possible to do on the FAQ page type.

commented on page.signup
Yalamber – On a signup page you can specify tags that are associated with that page. From there I’d recommend setting up a filter using the tag(s) from the page to capture all of the signups in one place. When you’re ready to contact the this group of signups you can then add the filter results to a list.

In order to change the default country, simply change the country listed in your control panel in Settings>Contact.
