For those of you that have run into this problem, the short answer is that you can’t turn on the sidebar on any page that accepts payment. The reason why is because it is considered a “best practice” to not distract people who are about to donate to your cause with a bunch of links.

Additional note…

For some reason the background color in .myNBtable th { } is all messed up. It should really read:

background-color: #e6e6e6;

Just found out that the sidebar will not work on the Donation other pages that have a secure form on them. It is grayed out on purpose to avoid potential security issues.
