How long does it normally take for emails to show in NationBuilder when emailing to the broadcaster address?
We just set up google apps as our email a few days ago and everything is working fine except we want to auto-forward certain emails to a broadcaster in NationBuilder.
For instance when someone emails us at our custom domain "membership address" we want the email to auto-forward to the corresponding broadcaster in NationBuilder.
I have sent numerous test emails over the last few days but they don't appear in NationBuilder. I do not receive an error message, the do not bounce back, they just disappear into the ether.
What am I doing wrong?
As Sandra rightly pointed out in here comment (below), "Receive incoming email for this address" must be checked in your broadcaster's email settings in order for it to receive email.
You can configure this by navigating within your Control Panel to Communications > Broadcaster > Settings > Email.
