Refreshers are always welcome. It’s nice to be able to go to the source with new hires, so they can learn how to use your program. The last webinar was too fast paced for me to follow. However, seeing how functional the software is was very impressive.

Thank you for explaining the need to follow through after donations are received. The donation is not the end result, if you want your donors to continue their relationship with the organization.
