We Lead: The Cost of the Leadership Gap for Women and How to Close It

As a part of INTO ACTION, the groundbreaking social justice festival of art and ideas, NationBuilder will be hosting an intimate conversation on January 20th about the leadership gap facing women. This session will blend the power of hard-hitting research with personal narrative to illuminate the resulting emotional, economic and societal costs of the gap and what we can do about it.
