2 part question....
I would like to customize the follow-up list.
Settings > Defaults > Contact Types
I see a list of follow-up types, the ones that were default and came w/ NB and two I added.
But there's no way to delete the default ones, I mean there's not a trash can icon next to any of them to delete it. How would I do that? As far as I know I made sure nothing is associated with these follow-up type so.... ?
Part 2.
Is contact type and follow-up used interchangeably, does it mean the same thing. Or is there a difference?
Robert -- You're correct, follow up types and contact types are the same.
Contact types cannot be deleted if any data (i.e., any past contacts) are associated with them. But it is possible to rename them (or create new ones).
