It would be great to have an internal messaing system. One example for its use would be to allow a volunteer coordinator to have messages waiting for all volunteers, a group of volunteers or a specific volunteer when they login.
There are a ton of opensource systems that you could use for this, so you do not need to reinvent the wheel.
By the way, NB is doing a great job, and we look forward to using NB with dozens of campaigns.
For those that cannot support the product, they would continue to have NB info on the bottom, as that would be the default.
I run a hosting company, and even though I could have much of my support go directly to my hosting vendor, we handle it internally, and it is one of the big ways that we differentiate our service. I doubt we would still be in business after 12 years if we did let the vendor handle our support.
