Internal messaging system
It would be great to have an internal messaing system. One example for its use would be to allow a volunteer coordinator to have messages waiting for all volunteers, a group of volunteers or a specific volunteer when they login.
There are a ton of opensource systems that you could use for this, so you do not need to reinvent the wheel.

You are correct sir, I am looking for a better way to brand my own service, and differentiate us from others :)
By the way, NB is doing a great job, and we look forward to using NB with dozens of campaigns.
For those that cannot support the product, they would continue to have NB info on the bottom, as that would be the default.
I run a hosting company, and even though I could have much of my support go directly to my hosting vendor, we handle it internally, and it is one of the big ways that we differentiate our service. I doubt we would still be in business after 12 years if we did let the vendor handle our support.

I understand why you cannot support the SSL with the custom domains, but most hosting companies do not have the shared SSL use the hosting companies main domain, they use a generic domain. So, when you use Godaddy’s shared SSL, it does not show up in the url of your store with Godaddy.com, it shows up with something like securewebexchange.com. I think that you could do the same with a generic domain and NB. For transparency, you could put up a home page for the domain that says something about working with campaigns all over the country to bring about changes at the local, state and federal level. I am not sure, but I would bet that many of your users would prefer this.
