Hi folks,
I looked in the layout.html and elsewhere, and can't seem to find the right file to manipulate the language in the "participate" box.
I'd like to use another word than participate. Also, I'd like to edit the language around joining the e-mail list.
It's gotta be in one of these files!?
To edit the word "participate" on the Victory theme, first you'll need to make a custom theme. To do this, go to Website > Theme > New Custom Theme. Make sure the box that says "Clone your existing theme" is checked.
Then go to Current Custom Theme > Files > Layout.html. On line 87, you can see the word "Participate" in white. You can edit that to say anything you'd like.
To edit the language around joining the mailing list, check out line 114 in the same file.
Make sure to save and publish your changes when you're done.
