One Community

Sure, it's utopian and idealistic.  And maybe it's the only way that can work.  JG affirms with every cell in his body that "we are all connected" (ask not for whom the bell tolls) -- and in the context of community organizing, it's also true that all issues are connected. 

"Let us contemplate the one simple nature of that peaceful unity which joins all things to itself and to each other, preserving them in their distinctiveness and yet linking them together in a universal and unconfused alliance."
