You can link to files from another page. Go to that page, click Files. Right-click on the uploaded file and Copy link address.
Go back to your first page. Click Insert Image button, then paste in the URL.
I have a page called image bank which I use to upload files – I can then copy the URL as above and use them wherever I want. It’s a bit slow but it’s faster than uploading everything again.
