I want just a simple email forwarding to my phone where I can read it normally. I tried to set it up on outlook and it is not working. Do you have any suggestions?

If you're using NationBuilder's Mailboxes as your email provider, it's not possible to access that email account via a third-party client (such as Outlook 2013 or Mail.app on a Mac) or on a mobile device. If email access on your Mac, PC or mobile device is a priority, you can set up your mailbox to work with NationBuilder and with other popular email clients like Google Apps and Outlook.
