The payment processors that NationBuilder integrate with require people to include their billing address along with donations and/or payments on a website. Billing addresses are necessary for payment processors to validate the individual's credit card information, which then allows the payment to be processed.  It's not possible to remove these address fields from a NationBuilder donation page.  Check out our Finances HOWTOs for more information on financial transactions.
