Our site doesn't seem to be Responsive on larger screens

Hello! We love our Nation Builder site and it looks great! Except when it's on a larger screen. The format seems to be a bit skewed (the navigation specifically) and the images don't appear to be responsive. We've messed around with a bit of the code. Is it possible we threw something off? You can find the site at safeplaceforyouth.org  I really appreciate all your help in the past. I thought I'd ask you again first before having someone else take a look. Thank you! Kellie

Hi Kellie! First, I moved your question over to our FAQ page since we know the answer!

It's actually a few things.

- The slider image is set to always take up 100% of the width, but only a fixed height. So stretched really far the image will no longer be proportional. You can edit it so it stops stretching at a certain point but the sides will be white.

- You might want to consider adding a max width to your theme - since the center column maxes out at 1200px

- Your 'donate' button also is a little skewed - it looks like you have 90px fixed width on the #topnav a[href=“/donate”] element (which was put there to make the background blue and the text white and bold) but when the screen is stretched the text is set to grow larger than the 90px box.

I hope that helps! If you have any other questions please let us know in the comments.
