Driving me nuts - how do I change the top nav font color to white in cascade theme

Start with the information in the FAQ on changing your website colors:

The specific color variable that defines the font for the Cascade theme is theme_color_5. Change its value to FFFFFF for a basic white or use ColorPicker or ComputerHope to pick the white you want used.

    Thanks, but the issue is that making that revision to the theme color, any <h1> and title fonts are now white as well.</h1>
