How do I change the URL in the header, so it is not just the homepage as default?

Official response from

If you want to change the URL that's linked to your site's header/logo, you'll need to create a custom theme and edit the layout.html file in your theme. Within that file, you're looking for the code that generates your site's header. For example, the code that appears  in the screenshot below (which is from the Victory Theme).

Note: The code that generates the header / logo will vary from theme to theme.

Once you've found this code, you'll want to change the "href" item so that it points to the URL you'd like to link to, rather than to "/".

Once you've made your changes, you'll want to save your template and preview it. After you've confirm that it works as you've intended you can publish the template, which will make those changes live on your site.
