But errors messages ("Email1 is required", "You must supply at least a first and last name, an email address, or a phone number.") are displayed in English ? Where can we change that in our template files ?

Unfortunately, you currently cannot change those messages to be in another language.
I let our engineering team know that this is causing problems for international websites.
