I'm running a campaing in DC and all the addresses here end with the quadrant (NW, NE, SW, SE).  Most of my people are in NE but I've been noticing that lots of them show up in my database having addresses in Nebraska (state code NE).  Is there any way to correct this?  Or break out the address data so the city is a default (since everyone lives in Washington, DC)
