I've tried several times to batch update a list of our supporters whose "do not call" setting got switched to "true" when we merged voter file data with our supporter database. I want to set "do not call" to false for these people but the batch update process seems never to finish. I get a notification that says "Updating 486 people. It may take a minute or two to process." And lower down on the screen it says "status working" but it just never finishes the process and the profiles are never updated. Is there some other way to alter the "do not call" status of our supporters?

You can't batch update the "do not call" status from true to false unless you check the box in settings > political > settings that says "Ignore Federal Do Not Call list". This isn't recommended unless it's legal in your specific state - if you ignore it and it's not legal, you can be fined, so make sure to check with your state's laws first!
