We recently sent an email blast with a "mailto" link in the body. However when I checked the stats, the blast stats only show clicks to the other links in the blast, not the "mailto" link. We know some people definitely clicked the "mailto" link, so does this mean that NationBuilder can't track clicks on those links?

That's correct - NationBuilder does not currently track clicks on "mailto" type links. If tracking this data will be important to you in future mailings, please submit a feature request!
