If you connect a Twitter account to a broadcaster in your nation, information will be pulled into your nation automatically from Twitter to help you connect with the people passionate about your nation and engage prospects. To disable this feature, disconnect the Twitter account from the broadcaster by going to Communication > [Broadcaster name] > Settings > Twitter. On the right side of the screen, you'll see a button that says "Disconnect Twitter account" as seen below
