A ladder of engagement is a plan for leading alumni from easy actions to progressively harder ones. In this workshop we’ll discuss key research findings, best practices, and real-world examples that’ll aid your team in building a ladder that “fits” your alumni community. This is a great workshop for teams of alumni relations and advancement professionals to attend together.
